Our Process

EgoTrip Request and Preference Assessment

Submit your EgoTrip request and pay the non-refundable design fee, which will be applied to your final package if accepted. Complete the EgoTrip questionnaire and Customized Itinerary Preference Form to detail your travel preferences and requirements. Please note that this design fee is different from the deposit for your EgoTrip.

Itinerary Design and Approval

Receive the initial EgoTrip itinerary, collaborate with the team to tailor it to your needs, and confirm your desired itinerary.

Booking Confirmation and Documentation

Once your payment is received, your accommodations and activities will be booked, and all necessary documents will be emailed to you.

We don’t say goodbye until you’re back from your trip. Although we are sending you to our trustworthy partners, we are also available to assist with any issues you may encounter.
