At EgoTripist we create custom itinerary packages which include some or all of the following:

  • Flight suggestions *we do not book flights*
  • Excursions
  • Airport transfers
  • Suggest dining options and make reservations when possible.
  • Itemized itinerary with a calendar

We utilize the information you provide us in the questionnaire to tailor your experience specifically to you and your guest(s). This means we will ultimately deliver an itinerary that matches your taste.

Our team of experts conducts intricate research into each city that our client(s) request. We then handpick accommodation and activities that are not only uniquely geared towards our clients’ likes/dislikes but combine the most efficient use of time and budget.

If you cancel a trip but have already paid the deposit, this fee cannot be refunded.

All travel suppliers have individual cancellation policies. Therefore, if you cancel a trip after bookings have been made, subsequent action will depend upon the policies of each travel supplier.

We charge a nominal non-refundable fee of $100 USD that is used to design your initial EgoTrip itinerary. As a courtesy, it is applied to the final amount of your package, if accepted. Please note that this differs from the deposit of your EgoTrip.

All quotes that are sent to you will include all taxes and fees but are subject to change based on vendor prices. There will be no additional fees outside of the quote.

After we send you the preliminary itinerary you will peruse and give us feedback. We will then work together to make any changes that are necessary to suit your EGO.

Once we have agreed upon the perfect EGOTrip for you and your guest(s), a final invoice will be sent and the deposit previously made will be deducted.

Upon receipt of payment, all bookings will be made and vouchers forwarded to you.
We do recommend that bookings be done between three and six months prior to your departure date to secure pricing and availability.

Payment over time financing

Offered through PayPal Credit.

Clients will have 6 months INTEREST FREE to pay off the balance!vThis is based upon credit history / approval. Apply for PayPal Credit here: www.PayPal.com/Credit

This application is private and needs to be done independently. If approved, you will be provided a line of credit by PayPal. If this method is chosen, EgoTripist will send your invoice through PayPal. When you receive the invoice, you can choose to make the payment by using a portion of your line of credit.

Other payment Options

If your reservation is made within 60 days of the start date of your EgoTrip, the entire cost must be paid at the time of booking in order to secure confirmation.

Reservations made more than 60 days prior to the start date of your EgoTrip will have the option of a 50% Non-Refundable deposit due at the time of booking with final payment due 60 days prior to departure.

We will not accept EgoTrip requests within 30 days of the start date of your EgoTrip.

Cash payment

You can transfer funds by direct deposit / wire transfer to our business account at Bank of America.
